When we started the company with just one truffle oil, quality was our focus. How could we justify that our product would be the "best"? To answer this question, we consulted with chefs and asked how they would rank a high quality truffle oil. From this feedback, we developed "The Quality Quadrants".
We launched the company with just one truffle oil, positioned within the "Premium" quadrants. As our business has grown, we recognized the opportunity to offer a full line of truffle oils to meet every market segment's needs.
As illustrated by the 'Market Segmentation Quadrants' chart, we sacrificed very little in truffle aroma to offer a full line of products. After all, truffle aroma is the key to a great truffle oil. With so many flavors available, our aroma is by far one of the most expensive, and therefore, offers the most realistic aroma.
